At Princeton Day School, we turned a retention basin into a wildflower meadow. Sometimes I would see art classes spread out there on stools drawing. Children and teachers wander the paths mown through the meadow to find a few moments of peace and meditation in otherwise busy lives. I wanted this piece to show the joy the meadow brings to so many.
